Sports Medicine

The healthcare professionals at Curtis S. Young, MD-PLC provide care for competitive athletes of all ages and levels. We specialize in the evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of sports-related injuries affecting the hand and wrist. We offer expertise in both surgical and non-surgical treatments, and develop a plan tailored to each individual patient’s need and activity level. Our goal is to help athletes safely and efficiently return to their previous level of activity with the highest possible level of function. We have treated professional athletes from the Great Lakes Loons, collegiate athletes from Northwood University, Alma College, Central Michigan University and Saginaw Valley State University, as well as high school and club level athletes.
